Each system has a 1-year warranty, excluding ink and consumables.

This warranty can be extended by concluding a service contract.

A service contract offers you security, you don't have to worry about repair costs, call-out costs,...!

The following is always included in our service contracts:

• Extension of warranty
• Support 7/7
• Device broken? Device is being replaced!
• No transport costs for parts or devices during repairs

Starter: This system is only for plates with a maximum thickness of 3mm and no larger than 285mm x 200mm. It is a manual press.

Standard: This system can sublimate up to thicknesses of 2cm and a surface of 350mm x 350mm, but also when placed diagonally a board of 400mm x 70mm. This system has an automatic press. If you want to work in a versatile way, this is the best choice.

Expert: This system allows you to sublimate long ribbons and sign boards. Please note that the thickness here is limited to 3mm. So suitable for ribbons, aluminum and acrylic plates.

You can submit any question or problem via our Help form. Please provide your question or problem as completely as possible (possibly supplemented with photos, files, etc.). Your data enters our support platform (ticket system) to which all technicians have access. You can also track your ticket in your account. Depending on which system, you will receive a response during working days and/or weekends with a possible solution, instructions, etc.

We only work with a form to give you the best service. All the information can also be consulted later and none of the information is lost as with telephone help.

Our cost structure is different from wholesalers:

• You purchase (with a few exceptions) directly from the manufacturer (sublimation materials)
• Our administration is largely automated, from ordering raw materials to delivery to the customer
• By investing in computer-controlled machines for the production of your sign panels
• We sell through our online shop to avoid unnecessary additional actions and errors.
• By extensively testing our materials (such as weather resistance, UV rays,...) we avoid unnecessary costs for replacing poor materials.
• By working energy efficiently.

If you have the same printer as we offer, you can also sublimate our plates, please note the following:

• The press must be able to apply pressure to the sublimation materials
• The temperature of the heat press must be able to reach 200°C and heat evenly over the entire surface.

In our online shop we offer sublimation paper that is longer than normal, but the width fits your SC f-100 Epson sublimation printer. You can then add the longer paper in the printer driver so that you can print it. the Epson A4 printer can print up to a length of 1200mm.

Our online design tool also uses these larger formats of sublimation paper for your design.

All materials we sell are extensively tested by 3D PARATI to provide you with the correct guarantees.

Our Aluminum Duraluxe plates have also been tested outdoors on the coast in Florida for 5 years. We only provide a 5-year warranty for outdoor use for these materials. However, the lifespan and color retention is much longer than these 5 years. The patented sublimation coating is thicker and is a powder coating. Powder coatings are the strongest coatings.

The materials tested by 3D PARATI are placed outdoors facing south close to the Mediterranean Sea. This allows us to test high UV values in combination with salty air, which are the least favorable conditions. The times we display are always with vertical placement. However, the times can change positively depending on the placement in non-direct sunlight, different climates such as more northern countries.

With the exception of the aluminum plates, all other materials can only be used temporarily for outdoor use!

Don't be fooled, this applies to all sublimation materials from any manufacturer, with the exception of special coatings on sublimation aluminum!

We must calculate the cost price approximately.​

It all depends on the following factors:​

• Do you print in high or low quality?​
• Do you use the printer weekly or only sporadically?​
• Do you print large areas in black or another color (for example as a background) or do you only print photos?​

We do the calculation with the following conditions:​

• High quality printing​
• Weekly use​
• Photo print in full-color print​
• Surface area calculated according to A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8 paper​
• Calculation according to prices 3D PARATI and other suppliers. (this shows that the price of the paper has more influence than the price of the ink)​
