ATENTION

  • The side to be printed is covered with a protective film. Before sublimation printing, remove it and clean the surface with alcohol or other degreaser. 
  • When these aluminum signs are sublimated with sublimation paper, sublimation printer and heat press from 3D PARATI, we offer 5 years warranty, but the lifespan and quality are much higher when using our materials. The warranty applies to both indoor and outdoor use! 

Recommended settings and procedure 

  • Print in mirror image (see printer driver). 
  • Set the press to 200°C 
  • Remove the protective film from the aluminum plate. 
  • Take the sublimation paper printed with the print facing up. 
  • Place the aluminum plate on the paper with the side to be printed down. Secure the plate with heat tape. 
  • Press for 100 seconds. 
  • After pressing, immediately remove the sublimation paper and use heat-resistant gloves! 
  • Place the printed plate on a flat, cold plate to cool.
